HELP NEEDED : General Auction

 Good Afternoon,

Since I am not a voting member of the Board I thought it would be best if one 
of you answered the following note from Diane Elliot.  I will let her know that 
she can expect an email from the Board, but, would appreciate one of you 
letting her know what the Club wishes to do for the April Auction.  Diane has 
always helped with the General Auction by sending out letters requesting 
donations to the various aquarium product manufactures.  I think she has done a 
great job in the past, but, then, that is just my opinion.  Whoever sends a 
response back to Diane, if you could CC me on the note I would appreciate it, 
just so I know that it got done.

So, with all that said, here is Diane's note:

Hi Clay,
I have been getting ready to send GSAS auction solicitation letters to 
manufacturers, and it occurred to me that I should check to make certain that 
the club wants the letters sent, or if someone else is doing this. I need to 
send letters soon (this weekend) so that manufacturers will have time to 
respond. I would have sent them last weekend, but had to work at the Garden 
Show.

If you do not know the particulars re the auction, do you know who I should 
contact?
