This is going back 10+ years, but it took a certain amount of "prodding" 
of members to enter.  Starting with the board.  Then we also put the 
flyers in stores & picked up a few non-members that way.  It's definitely 
not one of those activities where people up and volunteered, 
unfortunately.

I would also add that it was very much worth it once people were prodded!
