Hi Holly,
I need to apologize to you for letting so much time go by before sending you this message. I hope the delay will not make the situation uncomfortable for you or anyone else that may have been interested in the idea of a GSAS message board.
Late last year when you first threw out the idea of putting up a GSAS message board, the board of directors discussed your proposal and decided that GSAS would not pursue a message board at this time. There are several reasons for this decision – not the least of which is the potential liability given the recent law suits launched by the Pet (no ‘s’) Warehouse rampage.
I was given the task of communicating this decision to you on behalf of the Board and unfortunately, I allowed it to slide onto the back burner. It seemed like the idea had fizzled out so I didn’t make the effort that I should have made to get the message to you. We sincerely hope that it will not cause any hurt feelings, but we must ask that you remove the GSAS Message Board from your website.
