Hi Susan,

At this point, if they want a letter now, I would suggest that you just
write a letter yourself using the text example that Bob gave.  It's up to
you, but you might want to make sure that they understand we are not a
tax-exempt organization (see Erik's post.)

I'd be happy to put together a donor-letter for any of them who can wait
until after the auction.
