Thanks Rick. The documents you have will have to do for starters, and they 
may be enough.
I have done some research as far as getting official documents from the 
state and have a phone #, web address and mailing address for the Secretary 
Of State office, Corporate Div. That's the point I got to before I set it 
on the back burner. My intent is to follow through tomorrow morning, send 
them their $30 and get the copy of the articles and certification on the way.
I think the people at SPU are quite reasonable and will be willing to 
accept the documents we have and our promise to supply the official ones as 
soon as we get them. Since we're dealing with the state government,getting 
our official copies may take some time.
I will be contacting Judy Bruce ASAP regarding this and the insurance.(The 
contract states that  SPU requires proof of insurance 60 days prior to 
meeting on campus, but I think this is a technicality that can be gotten 
around. The State Farm agent i have been dealing with says that we would be 
insured the minute the policy is signed).
As I see it, the worst that can happen here is that we have to delay moving 
for a month or even until Sept.
