Incorporation

I contacted the Washington Secretary of State office today regarding our 
status as a non profit corporation. They show no record of our existence, 
ever. I think we're going to have to file for incorporation at this time 
and I printed out an "application to form a nonprofit corporation" 
form,plus they're mailing me a copy.
Maybe the original form never got filed back in 1971?

This may delay our moving to SPU. I tried to contact Judy Bruce but she's 
out of the office until April 19.

We can discuss and fill out the form at the board meeting. It's short. 
We'll have the copy of the original 1971 form that Rick has for inspiration.

What a pain in the butt!
