RE: Incorporation

Doesn't the fact that we do have an employer identification number (under 
the name of Greater Seattle Aquarium Society) lend some support that we 
were, at one time, properly incorporated?  Maybe if you give them our EIN, 
they can find us that way.  I don't have the EIN with me here at work, but I 
could email it tonight if you think another call is woth a try.
