RE: Incorporation



Thanks Erik. If we truely aren't incorporated, then I'll be we couldn't buy an insurance policy now even if SPU would allow us to begin to meet there while this gets worked out. We may be stuck right where we are until the incorporation gets taken care of.

Hi Rick,

Actually the EIN was obtained about 10 years ago by treasurer Linda Morin
in a totally unrelated process to the incorporation.  She did this because
the previous treasurer (Warren Holmen) has been using his own Social
Security Number for GSAS business where required (!).

Linda may have gotten us re-registered as a non-profit, but I don't think
she did.  She may have merely gotten some of the paperwork.  This is most
definitely a landmine we have all been carefully treading around for many
years and avoiding diging up.
