Just a thought, but, when all this is figured out, I think it would be good to 
share it in a note to the membership as well.  Comments?

I believe the forms (that I forgot to bring last night) that we do have already 
address what is to be done with the assets - we could start with that and 
change if necessary.

I think all the board members' names should be listed as "incorporators" on the 
Articles of Incorporation.  Is that different than the form you're planning to 
send?
