Hi Diane, Thank you for the information. I would very much like to have a copy of the list of donors names and addresses when you have time to put it together. It sounds like you are very busy and we are not the only club that benefits from your efforts. We have begun printing custom thank you cards using some of the GSAS Kids' coloring contest entries and we also have developed new letterhead. We don't want to take away any of the joy of this project from you, but as long as you would perceive it as a positive thing, I would like to use some of these new materials to send our thanks to the donors. Somewhat related from a different angle, another one of my tasks is to document the various "Job Descriptions" for all the committee chairs and other routine responsabilities that are performed by so many volunteers within GSAS. I'm not asking for anything long, or time-consuming, but if you could give me an example of one of the letters that you send out each year to solicit donations, and a quick schedule of the tasks envolved (when to send the letters in order to receive the donations in time, etc,) that would be much appreciated. Thanks so much! Rick Rose GSAS Secretary/Historian > Hi Rick, > Here is a copy of the e-mail that I sent to Bob. I can also send the list > to you.
