Hi Bob,
I would be happy to send a list of names and addresses of the donors. I
normally send thank-you letters, but if you would like to do it, that would
be appreciated. I gave a printed list of the donors (without addresses) to
Clay in an envelope (in big print, for posting at the auction). The donors'
names should also be posted on the GSAS website.
There will probably be a few "stragglers" (manufacturers who donate very
late); I usually just save these items until the next year. (I can send
letters to these people and an e-mail to you to let you know who they are,
if you would like.) A few potential donors also require that we send them
our tax-exempt number and some kind of list that proves how many members we
have. For next year, it would be good to have this info, as a few more
manufacturers would contribute.
If you don't receive the donors list in about a week, send me a reminder
e-mail. I am madly working on some reports at work (due next week), and a
plant sale for another organization (plus a Japanese flower arranging demo
I have to give this Saturday at the Bellevue Uwajimaya store).
I hope the auction was a success! We couldn't go because of another
meeting.

Dear Diane,
Thank you very much again for your efforts in soliciting donations for the
GSAS Auction.
I'm wondering if you have complete list of names and addresses of the
donors? We would like to send Thank You Notes to each contributor.
Thanks again,
Bob
