I was talking to Cheryl about the picnic this morning.
Cheryl is going to take care of getting all of the Club-Provided items and she will save the receipts to be reimbursed. She wondered how many you think will attend. We both guessed there were about 40 people last year. Do you think that the membership/interest has increased to the point that she should plan for 50?
Board input is needed so that she knows how much stuff to buy.
