RE: [GSAS-board] Dogs at the Picnic

I am a dog lover, but the party is for the club not the club's dogs. Its not a big deal if the dogs come but Susan has some good points.

Last weekend we had a party and there were 2 dogs from different owners, both of these dogs behave outstanding by themselves, but together, one dog wants to be the alpha and starts doing what dogs do naturally even though they were both males. I must say it was distracting.

Hi Bob and other Board Members:

I'm not so sure it's wise for people to bring their dogs. Paul and Cheryl's yard isn't that big. The dogs may be well-behaved, but they might get in the way and accidently wind up tripping someone. Then there's the brick patio and the drop-off. What do you think?
