Why not just change the entry to lifetime; I don't think it's something
the board would need to vote on. This is just a normal part of the
membership chair's job, like making sure the sponsors get memberships for
a year or what have you...
I always felt a little guilty with that "purge" button when I was in my
last year of doing newsletters -- was it really right to nuke people who
had only gotten 5 newsletters that year? I probably should modify that
code to adjust the number of months back one can purge, instead of keeping
it at 3 or whatever I set it to.
