Hi Victorea, Well, as far as the schedule, we shoot to have the newsletter in the mail ten days before each meeting. That gives the members slightly more than a week to include the upcoming meeting in their plans. Since we're already beyond that timeline for the September meeting, we might do a heavy email promotion and hope to catch as many people as possible. Bob used to write a "From the President..." column that sounds like what you're looking for. I'm copying him on this response so we can see what his preference is. I think June Olberding would be our best resource for the budget. She had the cost of printing, supplies, and postage down to the penny. I think she's available by email now. If not, I'll dig through some old emails to get the info for you. I do have some content from Steev and I have asked a couple others. It would be nice to have some sort of note from the board or someone, kind of a "hope you had a nice summer, welcome back" sort of thing. I also need to know what the printing budget is.
