Yes, absolutely, Erik's charge for the website services is valid. The
minutes of the board meeting from three years ago reflect the increase and
the agreement between Erik and GSAS.

Yep, website, mailing lists, online database, basically all the gsas
online stuff needs that Internet connection and domain.
There is no receipt, unless you want my monthly Qwest bills for the last
year and a half (which I'll scan and e-mail if needed). It costs me
around $70/month for the DSL connection, static IP addresses, etc, plus
$12-20 per year for the gsas.org domain. So the agreement with the club
(back in 1998) was that I get reimbused $20 per month for GSAS's "part" of
this (originally it was $15, but it went up 3 years ago). There is a
similar agreement with the AGA for their connectivity.
