How's this look:
AUCTION HELP NEEDED! We need volunteers to help with the plant auction next
month (Feb. 8). The following positions need to be filled:
LAPTOPS. Equipped with wireless LAN and Windows 2000 or newer.
Auctioneers. Clay has volunteered to be an auctioneer again this year. We
need at least two more.
Computer operators to process sales, handle check-in and check-out.
At least one person to hand-record sales, for backup.
Runners to handle & keep track of sold items, assist with checkout.
People to come early and help bag plants, set up for auction, run check-in,
etc. Pizza provided.
Someone to bring PIZZA. you will be reimbursed by the club. Three large
should do it.
