Hi Rick, Okay Erik is
bringing the Fish O. I will come to the November 8th meeting, pass around the
side dish sign up sheet, and some flyers I will make for people to take home as
reminders of the party, if thats okay? I will check out the paper goods cart
while I am there to see what we are short on so I can get it.I will shop for
the 7 prizes unless I hear from any board members etc.- that they have procured
a prize or something.I think the kid's will be happy joining us in Fish O
etc.-If I am missing anything...let me know..thanks, see you later

Hi Cheryl,
1) Ham and Turkey sounds great.
2) Next meeting is 2nd Tuesday (November 8th)
3) I'm not sure if the club has enough paper goods in the cart or not
- if you come to the November meeting, you can check inside the Library Cart
where we keep them.
4) I think getting prizes just like last year would be good.
5) We no longer have a Kids' Activities Chairperson - they all like to
play fish-o. Maybe we can have a coloring contest during the gift
exchange, etc.
Thanks for doing this J
Rick

Hi Rick,
just wanted to let you know that I emailed Erik asking him to bring the Fish O
game to the party, I should be hearing back from him soon. I will be making a
better Ham than last year....and bringing some bird as well. Hope that is okay
with the club? I guess we need a sign up sheet for the potluck part? Is the
next meeting the first Tuesday in November? Or the second? I cannot
remember...Paul and I will be in Cabo the first Tuesday...so I was a bit
concerned..could you let me know the date of the next meeting so that I can see
if I can come and attend..and bring along some sign up sheets for the potluck
and invitations/flyers for the party if you'd like me to? Could you also
refresh my memory by telling me if someone is in charge of bringing the paper
goods to the Christmas party- or are they already on sight? I don't want to
spend any unnecessary club money on paper goods for the party.Should I
purchase 7 prizes like I did for the last party...or do we have some donations
or previously procured items to give away as prizes? Sorry for all of the
questions...but I am kind of out of the loop.one more question: Is someone
handling the kid's games? Or are they just going to join us in the gift
exchange and the Fish O game? Thank's Rick, and take care,

Hi Cheryl,
I just wanted to verify that you're
willing to chair the GSAS Holiday party again this year. It is on Tuesday
(of course) December 13th.
Thanks,
Rick
