What we normally do is have our visiting speakers buy their own ticket and
then reimburse them. Also, what we have done in the past as far as
accommodations go is to reserve a room at the Radisson Hotel for the night
of the meeting. The Radisson is located near the airport and provides a
free shuttle service. Very convenient if you have an early flight out. Of
course other arrangements can be made, depending on your travel plans.
If there is anything we can do to assist you in planning your visit,
please let me know.
