Also, what we have done in the past as far as accommodations go is to reserve a room at the Radisson Hotel for the night of the meeting. The Radisson is located near the airport and provides a free shuttle service. Very convenient if you have an early flight out. Of course other arrangements can be made, depending on your travel plans.
