[GSAS-board] Fwd: January 10th meeting

Here's the latest from Klaus Kallman. I'll tell him to go with the non-refundable flight unless the board suggests otherwise, and I'll delay my reply to him for a couple of days to allow time for board input back to me.

Dear Bob

I have a flight that leaves NY on January 10th at 8am and arrives in Chicago
at 9.40 am. The connecting flight leaves at 11 am and reaches Seattle at 1.40
pm. As you know there can always be trouble with ice and snow in NY or
Chicago. I think a non-refundable ticket is about $ 270; a refundable tiket may be
twice as much. Do you have any preference? Unfortunately, the only nonstop
flight is in the late evening. I presume you will meet me at the Radisson in the
late afternoon.

Klaus
