Hello Klaus
Probably the non-refundable ticket would be best, and we'll take our
chances with the winter weather. We will reserve a room for you for the
night of the 10th at the Radisson and someone (me, most likely) will pick
you up there. Then it's off to dinner and the meeting.
We have a Kodak slide projector lined up for your presentation.
Regards
Bob

Dear Bob
I have a flight that leaves NY on January 10th at 8am and arrives in Chicago
at 9.40 am. The connecting flight leaves at 11 am and reaches Seattle at
1.40
pm. As you know there can always be trouble with ice and snow in NY or
Chicago. I think a non-refundable ticket is about $ 270; a refundable
tiket may be
twice as much. Do you have any preference? Unfortunately, the only nonstop
flight is in the late evening. I presume you will meet me at the Radisson
in the
late afternoon.
