Here's my reply to Klaus that I sent today. Since I received no comments on 
non-refundable vs. refundable ticket, I recommended non-refundable.

I didn't mention Siam because as I recall there was some commentary last 
time about the way they handle paying for the meal and am wondering whether 
we want to eat there this time.

We'll be needing that Kodak slide projector Erik, and probably an extension 
cord. Thanks.

I'm recovering nicely from the surgery, just have to take it easy.
