Okay, well I guess we can the board meeting at my place instead. Do we want
to meet in the day or night. I'm flexible.

I am currently in Rawlins, WY where my RV broke down. It looks like I will
be her a few more days and maybe leave Wednesday night if I am lucky. I
still have a 1100 miles to drive home so there is no way I will be home in
time for the board meeting.
Also I have not been able to locate last months board meeting minutes.
I appologize for the inconvieniences.
