RE: [GSAS-board] March Board Meeting...

Would everyone be able to attend the board meeting if we delay it for one
week?  That would be March 30th (Thursday.)  

I know we don't normally adjust the date just because one person has a
conflict, but since this is the board meeting before the General Auction, I
thought it might be better to have everyone present.  I'm not aware of any
aspects that would be delayed or difficult to accomplish between March 30th
and April 10th, but I'd like to hear other board members'/auction-helpers'
thoughts.

Please respond ASAP so we can decide quickly if we are going to meet this
week or next.  

Thanks to Susan for volunteering her place in the event that we do decide to
meet this week.

p.s.  Paul - Will you be in town for the General Auction or will you be
somewhere for Spring Break?

I am currently in Rawlins, WY where my RV broke down. It looks like I will 
be her a few more days and maybe leave Wednesday night if I am lucky. I 
still have a 1100 miles to drive home so there is no way I will be home in 
time for the board meeting.

Also I have not been able to locate last months board meeting minutes.

I appologize for the inconvieniences.
