Dear Board Members:
I have a large cyst in my abdomen that could rupture and cause hemorrhaging, so I am taking it easy and staying at home. Bob Holmes called and said he is in Sacramento on an emergency so he is not available. I will post ads on Craig’s List for the auction. I would encourage Sandu to go to Blue Sierra and Sierra Fish and Pets ASAP and ask the owner if he would like to donate. He donated last year. I left a note for the Fish Gallery in Renton, but have not heard back from them. Perhaps Paul could give them a call. Rick, you may want to check Aquarium Paradise, and Pets and Pals in Tacoma. The Reef store in Tacoma donated a great light fixture that Sandu bought for $100. And of course there is Kevin’s Place for Pets, so maybe someone could talk to him and see if he wants to give anything away this year.
Hope the t-shirt prototype looks good and that it will be ready for orders during auction time! I have about 300 postage stamps for Steev. By the way, the tumor operation on the bristlenose went well and the fish is healing nicely. The Texas Cichlid with eye tumor died, but its tumor was shrinking before it croaked.
