I enjoyed speaking to the GSAS and learning about your activities. You have a very nice club. Dinner was great, and overall it was a nice evening. Mary Kay and I really had a pleasant week in the Seattle area, and I appreciate all the help you gave us in planning our trip. Let everyone know that if they want more info on Mexican livebearers, or they're thinking about a fish-related trip to Mexico, to feel free to contact me. Good luck with your move, and enjoy the Anacortes area. Here's what we've got figured out for dinner Tuesday evening: Meet at Ivar's Acres of Clams at 5:30. Ivar's is an "old standby" seafood restaurant that's been around for years. Good food, reasonable prices. It's easy to find, located right on the waterfront by the ferry dock. The address is 1001 Alaskan Way (pier 54). Just west of downtown. You can park underneath the viaduct ( raised freeway that passes through Seattle between downtown and the waterfront). Parking is free after 6 but you may need a couple of quarters as you'll be getting there earlier.Time limit is 2 hours I think. No limit after 6. Most likely one of us will meet you out front. If no one is there ask the hostess for the GSAS table. Rick (GSAS Prez.) will be out of town Tuesday. Here's another phone number for a backup contact: Steev Ward 206-246-2058. Steev is our newsletter editor. He works at a local fish store, B&D Aquarium. 206-767-0511. If you happen to be downtown in the late afternoon or evening, check out the 1600 gallon freshwater tank at the Triple Door, a nightclub located at 3rd and Union next to (under) the Wild Ginger restaurant. They open at 4. I think you'll be impressed. Looking forward to your visit. See you next week! Bob
