Hi Bob,

My bio is attached. Feel free to edit as needed.

I'm always interested in seeing pix of barbs! I'm not familiar with
Hipsibarbus vernayi - is that the Yellowfin Barb?

I'll talk to you soon,

Mike

Good morning Mike. Nice to hear from you so promptly. Yes, please do send
the bio. I forgot to ask for that yesterday. I'll get back to you on the
talk subject.

I have a few barb pictures including some of my large clown barbs and T
barbs, and another which I tentatively identified as Hipsibarbus vernayi
from internet pictures. They were incorrectly ID'd as tinfoil barbs at
the store where I bought them. Unfortunately I no longer have them.
Really nice fish, but eat most plants. I'll send you the pictures if you like.

Later-

Bob

Hi Bob,

I was just looking at the calendar and noticed that this talk was coming
up quickly!

I've attached, in Word, a list of the programs that I currently have
available. The Barb talk is going to be called "Cyprinids for the
Aquarium" but it is still not quite ready - I'm short of enough pictures
to fill in the talk, but I'm working on it.

I can also send a bio if you need that.

I'll talk to you soon,

Mike

Hi Mike
Thought it would be a good idea to touch base with you regarding your
upcoming visit to Seattle for your presentation at the Greater Seattle
Aquarium Society's May 9 meeting.
You had mentioned in a previous email that you had several talks
available and that you were working on several new ones including
"breeding Oddballs", "Raising Fry", and a talk on barbs. Are any of
these new ones available yet?
We can work out the details of your trip as the date gets closer. We're
looking forward to your visit!

Talk to you soon

Bob
