I think this harkens back to when I was printing postcards and using 
stamps.com to print postage directly on the cards.  Some address did not 
work correctly with the service, so I rigged the software to put them at 
the very end along with the Canadians.  This is only relevant to the 
script that spits comma-separated data files, which I don't think is on 
the site right now.  You may safely ignore that field!
