[GSAS-board] Board Stuff, Membership Fields, Membership Card and Forms

A spouse/partner and children fields would be good for family memberships.

I suppose the membership card and membership form should fall to me since I
am the membership coordinator. It will probably be different from the old
one since I do not have "Publisher" on my computer, unless someone wants to
put it on there.

Marineland doesn't exist anymore. They are now owned by Tetra, and they
have closed the speaker program. I sent an e-mail a month or two ago
about ACA (Cichlid) speakers, now generously sponsored by ZooMed, that I
would urge the board to take advantage of. The spots fill up fast.

If whoever takes this on next does not relish the idea of maintaining an
entire shadow member database, let me know what you need (new fields,
output formats, etc) on the real database to get your job done.
