Susan & Eric: I would like to discuss the automated "your dues will/are/have expired system" proposed some time ago. I really appreciate that Susan personally bugged me several times, but I think automation will help us all. I very much like the current name tags and membership cards but would also like to simplify production. Here are some of my quick ideas (they will need work): I propose printing up a batch of blank cards (with the color graphics) and filling in the name, member #, and expiration by hand. This will allow us to generate new cards or replacements on the spot. I also propose the same treatment with preprinted blanks for the name tags where the members can write in their own information. Replacement and adding "interests" would be greatly simplified. Susan, I would be happy to provide assistance in preparing blank cards (or any other printing matter) if needed. :) -Paul On Thu, 24 May 2007, SUSAN WELENOFSKY wrote: > A spouse/partner and children fields would be good for family memberships. > > I suppose the membership card and membership form should fall to me since I > am the membership coordinator.
