The Board:

I lost a few emails to a mistake of my own doing and apologize for the 
confusion.

I would like to adopt the officers as proposed in Rick's kind effort to conduct 
this matter over email that did not carry.  I need guidance on rigor required 
to make this official in the eyes on the bylaws.

President â Paul Wallace
Secretary â Meredith Crichton
Treasurer â Susan Welenofsky
Junior Member - Christiane [Cranegger@comcast.net]

I would also like to call a board meeting soon to prepare for the first meeting 
of the season.  Do any members of the Board have a preference for a Tuesday or 
Thursday?

The speaker for the September is in place as Matt K. has agreed to give a half 
talk on the BAP program.
