As far as Steve's topic, how about a cichlid primer? There are, oh, one million different regions, right? I'd like to learn the difference between Malawi, Tanki-whatever, South American, Central American, etc. Since he is a retailer I would also like to hear his thoughts on which products are actually useful for the various cichlids... like those various salt mixes. 

Maybe that is too remedial for the rest of the members but I'd find it interesting. :)

I'd also like to hear what a retailer's perspective on the whole hobby is. How many distributors are there? How many fish are bred vs caught? What kind of fish are popular and how does that change over time? What are the challenges facing the retailers, distributors, and suppliers? How much reef salt, fish food, and electricity does he go through in a month?
