I think we better discuss the treasurer situation at the board meeting.
There is another club I would like to attend which is the same night at the
fish club. I would like to resign from the board, so you will need to elect
another treasurer. I nominate Meredith. You will also need to go bank as
well Paul, as this part of the responsibility of being President. There
needs to be two people, not one, monitoring the finances of the club. If
something should happen to the one person, someone else needs to be able to
take over and write checks, make deposits, etc.

An appointment needs to be made at the bank to set up the account. It
doesn't work well just to pop in and have it done right, as Rick and I have
found out. We will talk more about that Tuesday.
