Meredith needs to be nominated by the board members to be the treasurer, so
this has to be done at the meeting. The board meeting minutes need to be
brought to the bank to verify that you are the current president and that
Meredith has been nominated and accepted the treasurer position. 

Since you were nominated President six months ago, the papers need to be
brought back from that time.

As I said before, setting up the account is not a simple process. Two people
have told me that the account was set up wrong, so we may even need to close
out the old account and open a new one. It may take up two hours for all of
this. Since it seems you want Meredith to be treasurer, I think we should
use the bank most convenient for her to use.

I am not sure if they will have someone on a weekend to do this correctly,
so you may have to take off a couple hours from work to get it done right.
I've been waiting six months for us to go to bank, so please consider doing
that. Maybe we can squeeze it in on part of your lunch break.

I hope you are both well and having a great holiday. As per holiday/vacation
tradition, our house is sick and I have not been able to catch up on board
matters to the degree I would like.

Susan has rightfully pointed out that we should have more people on the club
bank accounts so that the responsibilities do not fall on one person.  I
would like to propose making an appointment at the U District WA Mutual
Tuesday evening as they are open until 6.  Afterwards we can hop over to the
meeting in West Seattle.  Please email me if this time will work.  I can
also meet on Saturday December 1st if necessary.
