Hi Meredith,
Piece of cake. Everyone and their Mom should own at least one USB "thumb
drive", which is basically flash memory with the USB interface built-in.
Plug it in, copy the files to it. Bingo! If you're running Windows 98 or
newer, it should be automatically detected. If you have a USB interface,
it should work.
Can be ridiculously cheap... See for instance:
