Susan:

I will be sending out the email message to the members about to be purged.  
Could you please confirm that any members that paid at the meeting are updated 
to prevent embarrassment?

My membership is also shown as overdue.  Could you please reset the due date so 
I don't miss a copy of the newsletter.

I will bring the list of current members to the auction.  Do we have a *costco* 
like mechanism to add membership to the bill of expired that would like to 
auction?

Hello GSAS Member:

Our records indicate that you annual Greater Seattle Aquarium Society 
membership has, or is about to expire.  Membership entitles you to:

* A monthly newsletter in electronic or print form.
* The ability to sell items at the Plant Auction in Febuary and the General 
Auction in April.
* A membership card with discounts at many local stores.
* A warm feeling knowing that you are supporting the aquarium hobby in the 
region.
