Re: [GSAS-board] Request for Speaker: GSAS

Luis:

Thank you for accepting our offer to speak at our March 11th meeting. The
doors open at 7 pm with the talk ~7:30 and a short auction afterwards. I will
ask if a club member would be interested/available to take you to fish stores
in the area.

In terms of airfare, we are in a position to cover but I am unclear as to the
order of events or if this is handled as a cost or reimbursement. This message
is cc'ed to the board for guidance.

In terms of lodging, we have several members who have offered their guest room
for speakers (myself, Eric and Cathy, Jack Lawless). I have a cat and dog so
we will have to be clear on allergies. A hotel is also an option should a
workable solution not be found.

Thank you very much for accepting on such short knotice and I look forward to
seeing your talk.

-Paul
