[GSAS-board] We have a speaker for March
Board:
As per the email that just went out, Luis will speak at our club. As this is
my first invited speaker from far away lands I would like guidance on how to
address the following issues:
* Airfare. I am comfortable paying but should I make the reservations for him
or should we reimburse.
* Lodging. I will forward his preference.
* Tour Guide. A retired president has its advantage as Bob was able to show
speakers around prior to the meeting. I can try and get the day off but I
would like to offer this opportunity here first.
* Misc. Anything I am missing?
Thanks!
-Paul
