I will help out as possible. I have extended a personal invite to Luis to stay at our house as well. We've done airfare a number of ways, sometimes doing the booking ourselves, sometimes the speaker prefers to do it themselves. Never been too much of a problem so far. Most important thing is to give them a check the night they are speaking if it's a reimbursement.
