Re: [GSAS-board] We have a speaker for March



I will help out as possible.  I have extended a personal invite to Luis to 
stay at our house as well.

We've done airfare a number of ways, sometimes doing the booking 
ourselves, sometimes the speaker prefers to do it themselves.  Never been 
too much of a problem so far.  Most important thing is to give them a 
check the night they are speaking if it's a reimbursement.  You might 
mention, for instance, that fares from Houston, if booked right now, are 
only $228 on Continental, which is pretty sweet.
