[GSAS-board] auction + Luis

People needed for plant auction:

   * Auctioneers
   * Computer operators
   * Runners
   * Baggers to come early and help also set up

Stuff needed:

   * Bags
   * Change
   * Membership forms
   * Extra laptops or handheld devices with wireless
   * regular pens

Abstract:

   * Post on forums
   * Send messages to gsas-member encouraging people to bring cuttings,
     etc.  Build it up!

I will be bringing:

   * Auction system with printer, wireless ap, three barcode scanners
   * some laptops
   * tags and bidder numbers
   * some sharpies
   * Micro-PA for sound reinforcement

In other news, Luis has agreed to stay at our house, and said it's OK to 
book his plane fare.  He's coming out on Sunday, and going back Wednesday 
morning.  I was going to book it on Continental today and have the club 
reimburse me, OK?
