Thank you very much for the list.  At the Tuesday board meeting we we able to 
cove the basics (as the minutes will reflect).

Laptops: I will bring my worktop and Christine will also bring a WiFi laptop.  
We can also use my phone as a portable station.

Members of the board have accepted responsibility for bags, change, forms, 
food, and pens.

I am drafting an email now asking the members at large for help the day of.  I 
believe we have 4+ "proven" auctioneers that are interested.  I am asking for 
baggers, runners, and clean up.

Advertisement has begun with messages on planted tank and craigslist.  I 
personally will contact GPAS and our northern neighbors.  I am also working up 
a flier to send to stores.  However the membership is our best source so look 
for more to follow on the list and newsletter.

Thank you VERY much for your help with Luis.  Please let the board know where 
we can assist.
