Susan, good to hear you are back online, hope your move went well. How many fish tanks did you end up moving??? See you at the next board meeting, since we will be out of town for the regular meeting. Let me know if you still want to do the visit to the bank some time. Christine
Hi Board Members. I am finally moved into my new place and just got my computer up today. I’ve been offline for about a week. So I guess we don’t need Tom from Adopt-A-Stream in November? I just talked to him about it two days ago and he was concerned because that’s Veterans Day. The trout exhibit is getting the viewing windows installed; duckweed has taken over the lower pond. All the daphnia have disappeared. Now there are lots of Scuds, Phantom Midges, and a new one – “underwater sow bugs” (they eat leaves). The other pond which reaped daphnia by the pound has gone mysteriously sterile. No plants, algae or other life forms….
