I look at it the other way: HAP/BAP is eligible for split and all else as
donation. We reserve the right to lump donations into a door prize program.
(ie duckweed/moss as door prize call 2X at a time). The stuff gets
redistributed and the meetings are shorter.
Lets see how Oct goes.
