    I don't imagine that anyone has spoken to the board about your plans for the
sandwich board, so I'm CC-ing this to the board as well. You should probably 
explain to
them what you are doing and why. I don't know if they are interested in putting 
a lot
of money into it - at least until you explain the improvements you are making. 
You
might want to email Paul directly. Susan Welenofsky should know the history 
behind it,
and the lettering.

    I'll send you a copy of the newsletter in the mail as well - It should 
arrive
shortly. Please respond to me with your PO mailing address so I make sure I've 
got the
right one. Also I'll send you a mini version as jpgs in a separate email.
