Clay- I don't imagine that anyone has spoken to the board about your plans for the sandwich board, so I'm CC-ing this to the board as well. You should probably explain to them what you are doing and why. I don't know if they are interested in putting a lot of money into it - at least until you explain the improvements you are making.
