If he's making the sandwich board signs easier to read and better looking,
I'm all for paying him whatever the cost may be, no questions asked.  More
visibility from those things is ALWAYS a good idea, and money well spent!

    I don't imagine that anyone has spoken to the board about your plans for
the
sandwich board, so I'm CC-ing this to the board as well. You should probably
explain to
them what you are doing and why. I don't know if they are interested in
putting a lot
of money into it - at least until you explain the improvements you are
making. You
might want to email Paul directly. Susan Welenofsky should know the history
behind it,
and the lettering.

    I'll send you a copy of the newsletter in the mail as well - It should
arrive
shortly. Please respond to me with your PO mailing address so I make sure
I've got the
right one. Also I'll send you a mini version as jpgs in a separate email.
