Calye and I most likely won’t be at any event in August – we’re getting married on the 15^th in Colorado, and we’ll be travelling the week before and after that.

Hello Board!

The application lottery for picnic sites is on February 28th. We don't have to make that deadline but it sure helps. I move to have a date chosen at your next meeting or sooner. Last year we did August 9th which seemed just perfect. I suggest Saturdays of August 8th, 15th, or 22nd this year

I certainly liked the location in Woodland Park from last year. I also move to use that place again. It was pretty easy to find but more so a reasonable drive for most members and it was close to the parking lot! We also had great cover for bad weather and multiple grills and a SINK with running water!

Finally, I humbly move that I be sustained as Picnic Chair for this summer. I would like to be of service in this way again for the club.
