The application lottery for picnic sites is on February 28th. We don't have to make that deadline but it sure helps. I move to have a date chosen at your next meeting or sooner. Last year we did August 9th which seemed just perfect. I suggest Saturdays of August 8th, 15th, or 22nd this year I certainly liked the location in Woodland Park from last year. I also move to use that place again. It was pretty easy to find but more so a reasonable drive for most members and it was close to the parking lot! We also had great cover for bad weather and multiple grills and a SINK with running water! Finally, I humbly move that I be sustained as Picnic Chair for this summer.
