affair, not just three or four hours like the plant auction. With the Weter
common area, we at least have the coffee shop and Subway right there within
sight so that folks can get a snack and come back without actually leaving the facility.
If we have to take a lunch break in April (or some such), we’ll easily lose
half our attendees. Another thing to consider is that we had SRO last month –
imagine how hot, crowded and LOUD that room will be for a general auction! Yea, I like having it near parking and no stairs as well. But
we maxed out that capacity of that room in February, so I’m really quite
concerned what would happen if we did an even bigger auction there in April. Phil |
