[GSAS-board] Fixing the auction fliers

Board:

So the auction planning is going well IMHO but we have a few things to fix.

First, can we get a run down of stores that have been asked for donations?  I 
got a tank from Denny's and Shango got a look from the fish store on Roosevelt 
but we rool call the others and make sure the current donation form is in 
circulation.

Unlike previous years I think we have a few non friends of the board gathering 
donations.  I would be happy to list them as commettee members on the donation 
form.  Comments?


Next, I am worried about the fliers as they still have the wrong dates (and 
colored logo).  How do we carefully recall them?  Would a $5 auction bucks 
bounty per store be reasonable?
