What is this "donation form" of which you speak?

I have changed the date on every poster I designed, so if anyone on the
board wants one please drop me an email offline and I'll send the specific
ones over to you.  PLEASE have them printed at Kinko's, it only costs like
$.50 each and the color holds up MUCH better than if you do it at home on
your inkjet.
