Phil:

I propose that the move be discussed at the board meeting and this will HAVE to 
be a group decision.  It would be great that you take the lead, but the 
responsibility is on the board so that no one person takes the blame for 
failures at the new site or bitter disappointment if we do not rush into this 
RIGHT NOW.

I will be looking through the list I sent to find a reasonable place at the 
right location/price.  At the moment some of the schools are looking really 
good IMHO.
